Where do I find the Model Code of my device?

Generally, all devices bear a type number plate specifying the exact type number (also called Model Code).Click here for examples of places where you can probably find the type number plate on your device. 

Generally, the number after 'Model Code' or 'M/C' is the type number of your device and this is the number you should use on this web shop. See the picture below.

If the Model Code (or M/C) of the device is known, you can find the item you are looking for on the Homepage by using search option 1. 

If the Model Code of your device is not shown, please send all data of your device to the SupportDesk, so that we can help you find the product. We will then notify you of whether it can be delivered, time of delivery and price as soon as possible.
