You would like to return articles to Mobileparts.shop. We will reimburse you the costs in almost all cases, unless you placed an incorrect order yourself and when the 'money back guarantee' does not apply. You can notify us of a return in three easy steps:
Return via the RMA form
- Register online
Register your return on the website under ‘my account’. Then click the ‘returns’ button. Here you will see an overview of all the articles you have ordered and you can easily choose which of these articles you wish to return. - Return your articles using the shipping label
Once you confirm your RMA, we will send you a shipping label and packing note via e-mail. You can use these to send your shipment to us. You can also track the status of your shipment in your account. Place the packing note in the box and stick the shipping label onto the box to return it to us. The shipping costs will be credited to you afterwards. - Pack your shipment properly, in the original packaging if possible
Pack your shipment properly to avoid any transport damage. This is your responsibility as a customer. We will send you a confirmation once we have received your return and will keep you up to date on its further status. If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse the costs within 10 business days of receipt at our location.
Returns from countries outside the Netherlands?
The shipping costs will be credited to you afterwards.
