Have you received a wrong product? Then you can always return it free of charge to the reply number below, stating your debtor number.
Not satisfied with a part or is the part defective? Within the Netherlands you send the part or the LCD screen back to us free of charge, without having to report it by e-mail or via an online form. How you do that is described below:
1. Pack the item / items in a sturdy box and stick a return sticker on it
You can return one or more items per shipment in the same box. It is important to attach a return sticker to this box at all times and to clearly state your debtor number on the shipment. Nowadays the return sticker is no longer standard on the box but is supplied separately with an order of more than 10 LCDs. Lost or need a sticker? Then order part stickers RETURN-STICKER simply and quickly for an amount of € 0.01 in the webshop.
Tip! Order the return sticker with the regular order for more benefits.
2. Use the return sticker
Is your part defective? Then enter the customer number, the defect and the order or invoice number clearly on the return sticker. Without this information, we cannot handle the return shipment (see Figure 1).
If the order or invoice number is not stated on the return sticker, we will pay the last price paid instead of the price actually paid. The last price paid may be lower than the price actually paid.
Is it a small part? Send it in an LCD box and fill in the return sticker (see figure 2). State your debtor number at all times so that we know that the return shipment has come from you.
3. Return address
Send us your defective part or the part that is not desired. If we have received the goods in the correct order, we will credit your invoice within 10 working days (only applies to repair companies).
